My name is Nhu Grado.

I am a yoga instructor RYT 500, and I am specialized in private lessons at all levels online.

I was born in Vietnam and live since 2021 with my family in Madrid. Yoga is my passion and I like to practice it daily with enthusiasm and discipline.

I can give you online classes wherever you are or face-to-face in Madrid capital. I can teach you in English, Spanish, or Vietnamese.

No matter your level is beginner or expert, I have more than 10 years of experience in the practice of teaching yoga.
